Kate is a fantastic Yoga teacher with a real emphasis on finding a variation that works best for you as an individual. I have loved attending her classes. Kates classes have a perfect balance of being challenging, enjoyable and relaxing. I feel I have an increased awareness of how I hold tension in areas of my body and how yoga is beneficial for tension release and core strengthening. As a busy mum of 4 it’s been perfect ‘Me’ time which has been much needed physically and spiritually.
